Mainly Tuscan cured meat with the unmistakable flavor of wild fennel, made from a mixture of specially selected pork meat, from which the denomination of origin and indication derives protected geographical area (PGI). This product is ideal if consumed at medium maturation for platters and appetizers of the typical Tuscan tradition.
