The Cassata Fiorenza is one of the most historic and iconic desserts of 20th-century Florence.
Born in Florence in 1936 (the year the recipe was patented), it quickly became a classic.
Today, only Fiore 1927 has the authorization to make this dessert.
The flavor is rich, with chocolate, and inside it hides an irresistible wafer covered in hazelnut cream! 

Ingredients: dark chocolate 54% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin (from SOY), flavoring), HAZELNUT cream 38% (sugar, HAZELNUTS 50%, flavorings, SOY lecithin), wafer shell 8% (WHEAT flour type "0", WHEAT starch, sugar, vegetable fats (palm oil), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, flavoring, vanillin, coloring: caramel).
May contain traces of other TREE NUTS, EGGS, MUSTARD, SULPHITES.
