Ingredients
Potato flakes (water, dehydrated potato flakes), soft 00 WHEAT flour, potato starch, 1.3% Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt., water, salt), aroma , salt, acidity regulator: E 330, preservative: E 200. May contain traces of: Soya, Mustard, Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Fruit Shell (Pistachio, Hazelnuts), Fish, Molluscs.
Cooking Time
IN POT 1/1:30 minutes
Place a pan with plenty of salted water on the heat, once it boils, add the gnocchi and wait. Drain them and season them to taste.
IN THE PAN. 2/3 minutes
Prepare a slightly liquid sauce and add the gnocchi directly from the package. Cook over high heat for a few minutes, stirring delicately until the sauce has thickened appropriately.
IN THE MICROWAVE 3/5 minutes
Place the gnocchi directly from the package in the microwave on a deep plate. Set the power at 800watts for 1 minute up to a maximum of 3 minutes. Then take them out, add the seasoning, mix them well and delicately and cook them again in the microwave for 1:30.
